DELIVERY
Orders are typically packed and processed the following day and will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Please note that expected delivery date is at our best approximation and might be affected by conditions such as shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, online security checks and stock availability. In the event that you are not able to receive a parcel, we will re-attempt delivery. If the second delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and an additional charge of $5 will be imposed for re-delivery.

We are unable to deliver to the following locations including (but not limited to) Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, shipyards. You will be contacted for an alternate shipping address should your address fall under the locations mentioned above.

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking details once the parcel has left our warehouse. Do note that there may be longer lead time for custom clearance.
CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES
Any custom taxes and duties incurred have to be paid in full by the customer in order for parcel to clear customs. SANS & SANS will, to the best of our abilities, facilitate the payment of such duties through our courier service.
