How do I enjoy my 20% discount during my Birthday month?
Inform our staff about your birthday at the point of purchase to enjoy the 20% discount. (Only valid for Gold and Platinum members)

How do I accumulate points?
Ensure that you have provided your mobile number at the point of purchase. Your points will be recorded in your membership account.

Can I enjoy my SANS & SANS member privileges in your overseas stores?
Member privileges are only valid in the country where the privilege membership has been registered.

I forgot to inform the cashier I am a member, can I still earn points after making the purchase?
Points can only be earned when making a purchase. Backdated receipts are not valid for point accumulation. Customers are required to inform the cashier if they wish to accumulate points prior to making payment.

Can I give my points to my friends/family?
Unforunately, points and vouchers issued are non-transferable.

Do points expire?
Yes, points will expire 12 months from the date earned.

How do I check the status of my membership tier, points balance, and rewards?
Point balance and membership tier will be stated at the bottom of the receipt for each purchase. Alternatively, you may check with our staff in store.

How do I redeem my points?
Simply inform our staff that you would like to redeem your points to offset your current purchase. You will be asked key in a pre-set PIN to redeem. Updating of personal details and mobile number can be done via e-mail to or by dropping any of our outlets.

If I am a foreigner, will I be eligible for the SANS & SANS (Singapore) Membership Privileges?
Yes, you will also be entitled to SANS & SANS Membership Privileges.

Who is eligible to join?
SANS & SANS Loyalty Program is available for all individuals (including foreigners) with a valid mobile number.

Will my membership expire?
Membership is valid for two years. However, Gold and Platinum members must meet a minimum spend of $400 & $1000 respectively within a year in order to maintain their status. Otherwise, Gold and Platinum members will be downgraded by one membership-tier.
